Alright - work out schedule:
Sunday: Day of rest, ho!
Monday: Walk the dogs with Miss C at 5:30am when she gets off work.
Tuesday: Walk the dogs with Miss C at 5:30am when she gets off work.
Wednesday: 30 Day Shred workout video.
Thursday: Some sort of yoga/Pilates video that I still need to find.
Friday: 30 Day Shred workout video.
Saturday: Mmmm...Not sure - maybe walk the dogs with Miss C at 5:30am when she gets off work (then promptly go back to sleep) AND the yoga/Pilates video that I still need to find. We'll see.
Every night: crunches
Hold me to it, people! All this starts next Monday morning with a brisk dog walk!
