Workouts, Day 1

Total workout schedule redo!

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings: walk the dogs when I get off work.

Tuesday, Thursday evenings (post dog walk): 30 Day Shred video (if I can find it)

Wednesday evenings (post dog walk): some sort of Pilates/yoga video (if I can find one)

Monday and Friday: nada

Saturday: Mmmm....may try to do something before Miss C leaves for work

Sunday: day of rest, mofo!



So yesterday we took the dogs for a walk. Then sat on our butts and watched TV for the rest of the night. We'll be in shape in no time!! 8P
